1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Routinify ("the App"), developed by Studio Catapano ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Routinify is an iOS application that provides:

• Habit tracking and daily check-in tools
• Streak counting and progress visualisation
• Local notification reminders
• AI-powered habit coaching and suggestions (Premium feature)
• Progress analytics and trend forecasting (Premium feature)
• CSV export of habit data (Premium feature)
• Accessibility features including large text, voice guidance, and simplified mode

3. AI Coaching Disclaimer

NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE:

• AI-generated habit suggestions and coaching messages are for informational and motivational purposes only
• They do NOT constitute medical, psychological, mental health, or professional advice
• They are NOT a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or advice
• AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies

CONSULT PROFESSIONALS:

• If you have a health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before making lifestyle changes
• Never ignore professional medical advice based on app suggestions
• In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately

4. User Accounts & Data

Routinify does not require user account creation. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and the data stored within the app.

5. Premium Subscription

Billing: Premium features are available via a monthly auto-renewing subscription at $2.99/month (or local equivalent), with an introductory offer of $0.99/month for the first 3 months for new subscribers.

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

Free Tier: Core habit tracking features remain free and available without a subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the app in any way that could harm minors
• Misuse AI features to generate harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Routinify are the intellectual property of Studio Catapano. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studio Catapano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
