MeetVault is an iOS app for:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful personal/professional use.
You may not:
Free: up to 3 recorded meetings.
Premium ($ / €2.99/month): unlimited meetings and all available AI features.
Payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must follow Apple's policies and procedures.
You are responsible for:
You may not use MeetVault to violate rights, laws, intellectual property, or distribute harmful content.
Use of the app is also governed by the MeetVault Privacy Policy.
The app is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties, including uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use or inability to use the app.
Backup remains your responsibility. We recommend iCloud backup and periodic exports for critical meetings.
MeetVault uses Apple services (StoreKit and iOS frameworks). Their use is subject to Apple's terms.
We may update features, pricing, or these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of changes.
You may stop using the app anytime by uninstalling and cancelling subscriptions. We may suspend access for serious violations of these Terms.
App code, design, marks, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MeetVault. If under 18, parental/guardian consent is required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Italy, subject to mandatory local law provisions.
The app is distributed via Apple App Store and subject to Apple's standard EULA. In case of conflict, Apple's EULA prevails.
By using MeetVault, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
