• Audio recordings: stored locally on your device.
• Transcripts: generated and stored locally.
• AI summaries and action items: stored locally.
• Subscription status: received from Apple via StoreKit, without payment details.

3. How Data Is Used

Data is used only to provide app functionality:

• record meetings
• display live transcript
• generate summaries and tasks
• enable premium features

4. Storage

Local storage only: recordings, transcripts, and notes remain on your device.

iCloud backup: if device backup is enabled, app data may be included in iCloud backups managed by Apple.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data may be shared only when:

• you explicitly export/share content
• Apple processes purchases and subscriptions
• required by applicable law

6. Permissions Required

• Microphone: to record meeting audio.
• Speech recognition: for real-time transcription.
• Face ID (optional): for additional app lock protection.

7. Security

MeetVault uses iOS-native protections:

• app sandboxing
• device encryption
• system-level permission controls

8. Retention and Deletion

Data remains available until you delete meetings manually or uninstall the app.

9. Children

MeetVault is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Your Rights

You can at any time:

• access saved content
• edit or delete meetings
• export data when needed
• stop using the app by uninstalling it

11. Third-Party Services

MeetVault integrates Apple services (StoreKit and iOS frameworks). Their use is subject to Apple's terms.
