• Subscription Information: When you subscribe to Premium, Apple handles all payment processing. We receive only basic subscription status information from Apple.

3. How We Use Your Information

All data you enter into MailPix Organizer is used solely for the app's functionality:

• Photos are used for organizing and attaching to emails
• Person information is used for email composition
• Email templates are used for sending emails
• Subscription status is used to enable premium features

4. Data Storage

Local Storage Only: All your data (photos, contacts, templates) is stored exclusively on your iOS device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data.

iCloud: If you have iCloud backup enabled on your device, your MailPix Organizer data may be included in your iCloud backups according to Apple's iCloud policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties. The only data sharing occurs when:

• You explicitly send an email with photos using your device's Mail app
• Apple processes your subscription through the App Store

6. Third-Party Services

MailPix Organizer integrates with:

• Apple StoreKit: For in-app purchases and subscriptions
• iOS Mail: For sending emails (uses your configured email account)
• iOS Photos: For importing photos (requires your permission)
• iOS Camera: For taking photos (requires your permission)

MailPix Organizer requests the following iOS permissions:

• Photo Library: To import photos (optional - only if you import from gallery)

MailPix Organizer is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your data remains on your device until you:

• Delete photos, persons, or templates within the app
• Uninstall the app

Since all data is stored locally on your device, there are no international data transfers by MailPix Organizer. If you use iCloud backup, Apple's iCloud policies apply.
